Think back with me to the day you first opened your business. You were so excited, right? You couldn’t wait to get out there and make a difference! But soon after you started to notice all the people, doing #allthethings and your time and energy was sucked dry by all the advice, noise and seemingly “small” tasks. As your business grew, so did that task list! It was impossible to know what to focus your attention on first or even what steps to take to make your dreams actually become reality.
Cue frustration and overwhelm, right?
How do I know all of this? Because the moment we just relived, is where I step in and thrive.

It’s important for you to know that my work ethic revolves around integrity and reliability. As a business owner myself, I understand it’s no simple task to hand pieces of your business over to someone else. I know I would rather pull an all nighter than lay in bed and wonder if a task I assigned to someone was getting done correctly! So, I focus on cultivating a firm foundation of trust with each client. I intentionally keep my client load small, so that each connection I make can be deep and meaningful.
To me, the support in my Company name means:

As you have already learned, I get a kick out of helping people! I started my career working for the amazing Richard Branson at Virgin Atlantic, and quickly progressed to become an Executive Assistant in the corporate industry to board level executives before taking all my years of experience and training and starting my own business. I love to contribute to people’s growth and love to be part of their success, which is why I love my role as an Integrator and Online Business Manager.
My main interests are in languages, cultures, travel and spirituality! In my spare time I enjoy personal development (you can never learn too much), my podcast (www.followingsoulspiration.com), my blog (www.rainbowsandlighthouses.com), taking care of my two beautiful daughters, and being out in the Scottish wilderness. I’m a Reiki Practitioner and lover of all things energy. I also volunteer for a number of causes, including local charities that work to improve support for maternal mental health and increase autism awareness – two causes very close to my heart.
